Mark Alan Swanson brings nine years of invaluable real estate experience to the table, fueled by a passion for helping individuals find their dream home in Sarasota. His journey into real estate began with a serendipitous encounter – meeting his wife, Marie, on New Year’s Eve in 2015 at the Sarasota Pineapple Drop. Smitten from the start, Mark discovered Marie was a real estate broker who owned her own company and was an “icon” on Cape Cod, which prompted him to enter into the real estate industry as well.

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Science, Mark values continuous learning and staying abreast of the latest news and trends in the real estate market. He believes in the importance of meaningful conversations, proactive problem-solving, and a collaborative approach as a team player.
